Practice Highlights
Adam's client centered practice emphasizes advocating on behalf
of victims of motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. His
practice is focused on plaintiff personal injury, medical malpractice
and class action litigation.
Adam keeps himself apprised of the current state of the law in the
fields of personal injury, medical malpractice and class action
litigation through regular attendance at conferences and seminars,
as well as through membership in various legal organizations.
Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University
in 2004 and with a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008.

A Certification and Settlement Approval motion with respect to a class action against the directors of a bankrupt investment company that were alleged to have breached their duty to the customers of that company.
