Alan is the managing partner of the firm. In addition, he heads up the firm’s commercial litigation group.

Alan was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1981 and is Certified by the LSUC as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.

Alan and his wife Jennifer have three boys and live in Oakville, Ontario, where Alan is very involved as a volunteer in the Junior Lacrosse programs and with other community groups.
