Elena graduated from Centennial College of Applied Arts & Technology with a Law Clerk Diploma in 1988. Elena is a Senior Law Clerk with over 20 years experience in the Civil Litigation field.
She specializes in motor vehicle accidents, plaintiff personal injury litigation, including accident benefits, medical malpractice, disability insurance litigation, environment law and Class Action litigation.
Elena joined the personal injury litigation team of Thomson Rogers in 2004. She left our firm in 2008 to pursue other legal opportunities. Elena has rejoined our firm in August 2010 to work with one of our partners, Darcy Merkur.
