Give a Day challenges each Canadian, and particularly those in the medical and legal communities, to recognize World AIDS Day by giving one day’s pay to the fight against HIV. Give a Day runs workplace and community campaigns in Canada encouraging donations to two worthy recipient organizations – the Stephen Lewis Foundation and Dignitas International. The money donated to these organizations is put towards the funding of grassroots programs in Africa ranging from preventative education to school funding for orphans.
