Practice Highlights
For the last several years, Ian has represented insurers throughout Ontario. His practice is now focussed on representing accident victims, often motor vehicle accident victims and their families.
Prior to focussing on representing accident victims, his practice included all areas of insurance litigation. Ian has authored papers for a number of professional organisations and presented on the recent developments concerning accident benefits at the Canadian Defence Lawyers fall conference in 2010. Ian strives to ensure that injury victims for whom he acts have access to attendant care and rehabilitative services that are appropriate and timely.
His time spent away from the office is best enjoyed with his wife, daughter and extended family. Ian is also an avid hockey fan and can be found playing hockey with his friends on a weekly basis.
