Mr. Mandel’s practice is litigation primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and negligence.
Mr. Mandel is frequently retained as an expert witness in cases involving solicitor’s negligence.
Mr. Mandel has the honour of being selected by his peers to be published in the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory 2011 as leading practitioner in medical negligence (Plaintiff) and personal injury litigation.
