Marcia has represented Residential School claimants at hearings in Ontario and British Columbia, and has appeared before masters and judges at the Superior Court level on civil law matters.

Guest Lecturer, Native Rights and Aboriginal Intensive Program, Osgoode Hall Law School.

Facilitator for Residential School Information sessions for Survivors, Support Workers and others across Ontario, as well as in Winnipeg and Northern B.C.
