That permits us to ensure that the referring lawyer is adequately compensated not only for the referral but for the ongoing involvement that the referring lawyer may have had in the case. There are no hard and fast rules about this, but this is certainly what seems to be preferred by most referring lawyers. Our track record in court is second to none. We resolve hundreds of claims each and every year and with a group of 30 litigators and a support staff of over 100 people, we have the resources to get the job done for our clients.
