Richard Halpern chosen as the 2010 recipient of a Special OTLA Award

The award is given to a person, association or group which has made an outstanding contribution to the goals of a fair trial and access to justice, as an advocate, in legal scholarship, continuing legal education, legal writing, journalism, politics or government. Richard's award was handed out at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Spring Conference on Thursday May 27, 2010 at the Westin Prince Hotel.
