Practice Highlights
Robert now dedicates his practice to personal injury litigation, having gained extensive past experience litigating a broad range of commercial, tort and insurance matters. He has appeared as counsel in the Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada. Formerly a social worker, Robert has in the past worked with homeless youth, young offenders, and physically and developmentally challenged individuals.
