Bob’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis on disputes involving education, employment and defamation law. He was counsel to a party with standing at the Toronto External Contracts Inquiry. His past experience also has included constitutional and securities-related litigation, and the representation of aboriginal clients in their negotiation of a significant land claim.
Before pursuing a career in law, Bob worked as a staff reporter with the Toronto Star, where he covered municipal politics.
