Alice Xiao graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021.

During law school, Alice was involved in various equity-seeking initiatives. She participated in the Feminist Advocacy Program and worked as a student lawyer at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, advocating for marginalized women who have been victims of violence. She also volunteered with the Family Law Project with Pro Bono Students Canada, assisting low-income, self-represented litigants at courthouses around the GTA. Alice’s interest in advocacy led her to participate in several mooting competitions, including the Walsh Family Law Moot, where she and her teammates won the Best Factum award.

Prior to law school, Alice graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE).

Outside of work, Alice is an avid sports fan, movie buff and competitive chess player.
