With over 20 years of marketing and communications experience in a variety of industries, Mark’s role is to deliver strategic advice ensuring internal and external clients receive the ultimate experience. He is responsible for all marketing and communications for our firm including overall accountability for activities such as advertising, events, digital, brand, external resources, coaching and communication programs.

Mark’s hands-on approach ensures our professionals focus on their clients while having the tools needed to be successful. He coaches on effective communication, building through relationship management and how to be a successful collaborator and has been instrumental in delivering the firms mission, vision and values.

An early adopter of client relationship marketing and one-to-one marketing, Mark recognizes how important it is for staff and clients to feel they are special and that delivering a customized solution built just for them is one of the most powerful ways to keep and strengthen relationships. His belief in a strength-based approach that strives for continuous improvement and stretches people while providing strong process, tools and accountability.

Mark is a regular contributor for marketing and business development to SLAW.ca, Canada’s online legal magazine and frequently delivers presentations on marketing and communications, culture change, social media, relationship marketing and client experience. Mark has driven mission, vision and values programs for a number of professional service organizations.
