Biography

Merna Daoud is a senior law clerk who has over twenty years of experience working in the civil litigation field. She specializes in motor vehicle accidents, personal injury and accident benefits.

Merna joined Thomson Rogers in 2006 and works with one of our partners, Darcy R. Merkur. She graduated from the Law Clerk Program at Mohawk College and received Honours from the Civil Litigation Program with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. She is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

When our daughter was catastrophically injured in March of 2023, our lives were torn apart literally overnight.
