UPDATE: Class Action Commenced Against Belleville Orthodontist, Dr. Garry Solomon

A class action has been issued against the late, Dr. Garry Solomon seeking compensation on behalf of all his patients that were allegedly surreptitiously videotaped by Dr. Solomon.

According to the news report from the Kingston Whig dated July 19, 2017, the former orthodontist was charged prior to his death with, “voyeurism-surreptitiously recording images of a person over the age of 18 years, voyeurism-surreptitiously recording images of a person under the age of 18 years, possession of child pornography and making child pornography.”

Thomson Rogers will be working on the class action as co-counsel with the Bonn Law Office.

View a copy of the class action claim. Amendments to the claim are anticipated in the near future.

The class action will proceed against Dr. Solomon’s estate in light of Dr. Solomon’s recent passing.
