Co-Operators Insurance Investigation

 
Thomson Rogers is investigating a potential class action against Co-Operators Insurance in respect of commercial insurance policies they have issued providing business interruption coverage for losses arising from “A notifiable contagious or infectious human disease, as declared by a ‘Public Health Official'”.
