A better tomorrow starts today

March 10, 2016

Today, we continue the tradition started by our founder Edson Haines, 80 years ago. Our lawyers regularly argue cases before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. We advocate before administrative boards and tribunals across the Province. From humble beginnings, the firm has evolved into the largest personal injury law firm in Ontario and a leader, as well, in family law litigationclass action work, commercial litigation and land use litigation.

Our lawyers are leaders in all the major legal associations including the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. We regularly lecture and teach other lawyers at Law Society programmes and Advocates’ Society seminars.

With the assistance of our loyal and supportive staff, we intend to continue this tradition for years to come, with one simple goal: to secure the best interests of our clients, honourably and vigorously.
