Thomson Rogers personal injury lawyer Lucy Jackson was featured in The Huffington Post in an article titled “Staff Shortages A ‘Systemic Issue’ At Hard-Hit Ottawa Care Home: Families” by Sherina Harris.

The article focuses on staff shortages at Carlingview Manor, owned by Revera Inc., a long-term care company that has the fourth-highest death toll of any long-term care home in Ontario.

Jackson discussed concerns about the buildings outdated design affecting residents during the pandemic as well as families who have said there is a lack of communication about what happened at the home.
