Carr has been with Thomson Rogers since 2011, working with the Leonard H. Kunka group. He practices in the field of civil litigation with a focus on personal injury litigation. Carr’s practice is dedicated to helping victims and their families achieve the best possible results when they have suffered serious personal injuries.

The Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton is a non-profit organization, which exists for the needs of families and survivors of brain injury in the Peel and Halton Regions
